DARK SHADOWS star Johnny Depp and French chanteuse Vanessa Paradis denied their relationship was in trouble over a month ago, but it looks like Depp never got the memo.

The 48-year-old perennial fan favorite was seen sneaking out of an office building next to 23 years younger Ashley Olsen's Tribeca digs after what the tabs are calling a “slumber party." 

The overnight tryst reported began on February 26th when Depp was seen entering the loft from which he exited the following day through an adjacent building. In Touch Weeklyquotes a a witness who says an email was sent around telling employees to act cool as Depp was using their building as a getaway to avoid the paps.

An onlooker tells the tab that Depp looked exhausted when he left the building that afternoon. Seeing that Olsen and Depp both look like they could use a bath I imagine dealing with the body smell alone was overwhelming.
